Chakras are ancient wisdom from India, and they offer us a beautiful way to understand our own inner landscape. Think of them as energy hubs that live along your spine, each one tied to specific parts of your body, emotions, and soul.
Let’s break it down simply.
What Are Chakras and a Quick Look at the 7 Chakras
Chakras are swirling disks of energy located along the spine, each representing different aspects of our being. There are seven primary chakras, starting from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each chakra has its unique function and vibrational frequency, which influences our overall well-being.
Root Chakra (Muladhara): Located at the base of the spine, it represents our foundation and sense of security.
Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana): Found just below the navel, this chakra governs our creativity and relationships.
