I have been teaching yoga for 10+ years.  I specialize in Kundalini Yoga, Yoga for Chronic pain and Slow Flow Yoga.  As one who has suffered from unknown chronic pain for many years and a breast cancer survivor, I have created a program that has worked for me to strengthen and alleviate pain and disease in my body and mind.

I have been Health and Wellness Coaching for 3 years now and been offering a specialized program in Diabetes Prevention since February 2022.  Many of us are pre-diabetic and don’t even know it.  Lifestyle changes can be made to prevent this disease from even happening in your life.  Through talk and movement-based coaching I help people make better choices to keep their health numbers in the healthy range.

I provide motivational methods to reach lifestyle goals and create ways to ease the stress that life can bring.  I help people work on the many layers of life which include Emotional, Purpose, Mental, Social and Physical Well-Being through the teachings of Yoga for Chronic Pain and Lifestyle Coaching. 

My name is Madhavi, and I am a Board-Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist of 28+ years’ experience. Working in an environment with high-risk cardiac patients deepened my understanding of how important it is to be healthy and well in an ever changing and fast-paced world. I found that these changes can create an excess amount of stress in our lives and cause not only physical, but mental disease and damage as well. 

I wanted to deepen my understanding of how we may prevent diseases caused by stressful lifestyles we lead and the environments in which we live in.  Through my personal practice of yoga, meditation and making healthy lifestyle and environmental changes, I found not only my own health and wellness better but also my family’s.  I wanted to share the empowerment and confidence I have gained with others, so I became a Certified Yoga Instructor and a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).
