Hello,
I’m Madhavi — a Board-Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist with over 28 years of experience working in cardiac care. Being in a high-pressure medical environment and caring for patients with serious heart conditions taught me how deeply important it is to nurture our health—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well.
Over the years, I began to notice how stress and lifestyle choices could lead to chronic illness, fatigue, and disconnection. I felt it in my patients, and I felt it in myself.
That's what led me to the healing path of yoga, breathwork, and lifestyle change. As I began practicing yoga and meditation—and making small but consistent shifts in my daily habits—I saw a transformation in my health and in my family’s well-being too.
Empowered by these changes, I became a Certified Yoga Instructor and a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). Today, as a wellness coach in Herndon, I integrate my clinical background with ancient, energy-based practices to help others reclaim their strength, clarity, and peace.

As someone who has lived with chronic pain and is a breast cancer survivor, I understand firsthand how healing is not linear. I created my own system—a unique blend of movement, stillness, breath, and mindset—that helped me release pain and rebuild trust in my body. It’s now a cornerstone of what I share with my students and clients.
