Hatha Flow Yoga
Mondays 5-600PM EST
This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at Prana Health PC attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
Hatha Flow is a class that moves the student from pose to pose using the breath to link to the movement. It is a fundamental class that caters to all - beginner, intermediate and advanced.
Classes vary in sequences to engage different areas of the mind and body, as well as to keep things fresh and exciting with each new flow!

Wednesdays 7-800PM EST
Kundalini Yoga is a comprehensive practice that utilizes yogic methods from all different types of yoga. This practice directly influences the nervous system and works to stimulate the endocrine gland system.
Stretches, postures and relaxation tactics are the most common exercises performed in Kundalini Yoga. These are all performed through a variety of yogic methods: Pranayam (the practice of breath), kriyas (yoga poses), meditations, and mantras (derived from the ancient Sanskrit language.) Together, these methods come together to hone in on your inner wisdom and provide you with an increased sense of awareness, decreased stress levels, and an overall sense of control and balance in your life.

Yin & Yoga Nidra

Unwind & Let Go
Starting the practice with Yin Yoga targets the body's deep connective tissues. This is a slower paced class with yoga poses that are held between 3 and 5 minutes, honing in on meditative elements and methods. Most poses are performed seated or lying down on the mat. Yin yoga encourages you to slow down and deepen your awareness between body and mind.
Finishing the practice with Yoga Nidra which offers an opportunity to induce sleep organically and it is a total body relaxation session. It is a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep. It is practiced through a guided meditation while the student lies down and closes the eyes. It is believed to relieve tension and stress.

Private and Small Group Sessions

Private yoga sessions are catered to what the student is looking to accomplish, whether it is to gain flexibility, prevent back pain or to accomplish a certain pose and or learn to deepen the practice with breath and meditation. Whatever the reason or goal is, this type of session allows the student to feel safe, comfortable and confident in moving through poses with ease. Private sessions are designed to fit what the individual or group needs. Both types of sessions offer more individualized attention and allows space to explore deeper into the practice. Great practice for an individual, a girls or guys night out or a team building plan, a private session can be beneficial to everyone in the practice.
Integrative Health and Well-Being Coaching
By appointment only
I utilize my expertise as a healthcare worker, yoga instructor and well-being coach in my session programs. I help clients facilitate and develop a personal program for lasting changes which align with their personal, social and career life goals. Sessions are talk and movement based depending on the client’s specific needs. As a coach I am an accountability partner and cheerleader, while not giving advice and being respectful and non-judgmental. I can help clients move closer to their goals and aspiration in all aspects of life practice.
