This 45-minute class incorporates a combination of balance-focused exercises, bodyweight movements, and strength-building techniques. Whether you have equipment like weights or resistance bands, or you prefer to practice without any gear, this class is adaptable to your needs. Throughout the session, we will guide you through a series of movements to enhance coordination, increase flexibility, and strengthen key muscle groups.
