I am a Board-Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist who has been working with Cardiac patients for 25+ years.  Working in an environment with high risk patients deepened my understanding of how important it is to be healthy and well in an ever changing and fast-paced world. I found that these changes can create an excess amount of stress in our lives and cause not only physical, but mental disease as well. 

I have been teaching yoga now for about 5 years.  I am certified in several styles of yoga among which are Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Children’s Yoga. I am also a Certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach and a Certified Yoga Coach. 


I teach weekly group classes and offer one on one private, small group private sessions and Health and Wellbeing coaching sessions.  Each session is created specifically for the individual’s abilities and needs.


I provide motivational methods to reach lifestyle goals and create ways to ease the stress that life can can bring.  I help students/clients work on the many layers of life which include: Emotional, Purpose, Mental, Social and Physical Well-Being. Coaching sessions are all non-judgmental. I am a coach, cheerleader and thought partner in helping facilitate methods to reach life goals.
